Background
Goro Bedessa washing station is located in Guji, and owned by Wete Ambela Coffee Export, PLC. It was established in 2021. The station has ab out 400 to 600 farmers delivering cherries to it, and also sits at a relatively high altitude of 2350 metres above sea level, which contributes to this coffee’s excellent flavour profile.
This is a clean and classic natural processed coffee. The cherries were hand-picked and dried on African drying beds for 21 days. It has a weighted and rounded mouthfeel, with fruity notes of ripe purple berries and blueberries, as well as peach.
