Yes, we have a flat islandwide delivery fee of $12 for all orders.

We deliver every Wednesday and Friday between 10am - 12pm. Please note that orders must be placed by 7pm the day before for next day delivery. If you wish to place an advance order for a particular Wednesday / Friday, please leave a note at checkout under “Delivery Instructions”.

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within Singapore at the moment. We are working towards expanding our shipping options to reach coffee people around the world in the future.

We take great pride in delivering the best product we possibly can to our customers. However, if you you encounter any issue with your item or are unhappy with your purchase, do contact us within 14 days for us to assist you in finding a satisfactory solution. Do take note that perishable items such as roasted coffee beans and cold brews are NOT eligible for a refund unless the product is defective and these will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Just like food preferences, there isn’t a one size fits all for coffee. Tastes and brew profiles are highly subjective and likewise there aren’t any “right” or “wrong” ways to brew a cup of coffee, you’re free to experiment with what works best for you!

We wouldn’t sell them if they weren’t :) Each bag of coffee is stamped with the roast date on the label.

that being said, do note that roasted coffees typically need to be rested for a period of 10-14 days for their flavours to fully develop.
