Rest Period
These coffees peak at about 2-3 weeks after roast.
Filter Recipe
Try a medium-fine grind size and a brew ratio of 1:17-17.5. A four or five-stage pour brings out richness and ripeness in our coffees.
Espresso Recipe
Don’t be afraid to grind really fine, and try a slower shot time of about 70-80 seconds. Try a brew ratio of 2.3 at a brew temperature of 96 degrees celsius.
