The washed Java from Finca El Puente is one of our perennial favourites year after year. The green tea flavour in this coffee’s finish is one of the things we treasure the most. Marysabel and Moises continue to work hard to elevate and uplift specialty coffee production in Honduras. They are simply, one of the best in the world.
This is a coffee that really opens up after more than 3 weeks of resting after roast. Enjoy slowly.
