A classic expression of the Java varietal from one of our favourite producers, Cup of Excellence winners Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrerra. Their passion for quality coffee production is evident in the consistency of their harvests year on year.
This is a coffee that’s uncomplicated but interesting at the same time. The green tea notes we often find in Java varietals are at the forefront of this cup, supported by soft fruit tones.
