Faster Flow Rate - via a large hole in the middle of the brewer that allows water to flow through coffee grounds quickly
40 Degree Angled Walls - providing a new depth to width ratio and allowing water to flow evenly
Curved Bottom - guiding water smoothly to the center and encouraging consistent extraction by making channeling difficult
