Benjamin Paz is a highly influential producer in Santa Barbara, Honduras. He is a 2-time COE winner, in 2022 and 2024, and is a key person behind San Vicente, a Honduran coffee exporter that works with over 600 producers, to connect them with buyers and build lasting relationships between the 2.

Benjamin not only owns a farm, he also owns a coffee shop and started a roastery in order to truly understand the producer’s perspective, in hopes of bringing benefits to the community.

Benjamin’s coffees are extremely hard to come by because they are always in such high demand. We count it a privilege to be able to purchase 2 coffees from our friends Glyph Supply, who finally got their hands on his coffees after 3 years of waiting.

This is a very sweet washed Caturra from Benjamin’s farm, Las Elisas. It is a great and well-balanced daily driver, with just the right amount of fruit to keep this coffee comfortable to enjoy.
