Our second coffee from rockstar producer Benjamin Paz in Honduras is one of our season’s favourites. This coffee really impressed on the cupping table. From Finca La Salsa comes a Kenyan cultivar, SL 28, grown in the terroir of Santa Barbara and boasting a remarkably “Kenyan” fruit tone of blackcurrants and juicy blackberries.
