Finca V & G was founded in 2007 by agronomist Tomas Gutierrez and industrial engineer Allan Vargas. They practise a modern, sustainable and scientific approach to coffee production at the farm. The farm also operates on a regenerative model using shade trees, green cover crops, and growing resilient hybrid varieties such as this H1 Centroamericano.
This is a fruit-forward, process-driven coffee with great berry notes and a sweetness that is the result of great coffee production at origin.
Although we sourced and roasted this especially for milk espresso drinkers, this coffee can also be enjoyed black if you prefer a richer mouthfeel and more sugar-browning flavours, compared to the range of coffees we prefer to showcase solely as black coffees, be it in a filter or espresso format.
