This is a highly limited collection of geishas from Costa Rica, processed in 3 different ways by 2 producers. Each coffee showcases a distinctive, aromatic, and fruit-forward expression of the varietal. This makes for an engaging tasting experience when you enjoy them comparatively.
We have rarely featured Costa Rican coffees on our menu, because supply is highly limited and usually relatively expensive. Though these coffees were not cheap to purchase, we decided to go ahead because the cup quality was incredible. We are very excited to share these with you.
