Our first harvest from Brazil sees a returning purchase from one of Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, this time from their partners Celso Minussi. This is a classic varietal we look to in aa comforting espresso: yellow Bourbon. It's rich, sweet, and chocolaty, which makes it perfect for a milk espresso.
Although we sourced and roasted this especially for milk espresso drinkers, this coffee can also be enjoyed black if you prefer a richer mouthfeel and more sugar-browning flavours, compared to the range of coffees we prefer to showcase solely as black coffees, be it in a filter or espresso format.
