Bona Gute Natural is a clean and sweet heirloom coffee from Tamiru Tadesse. This is a great coffee to enjoy hot or iced. We enjoy tasting this with Bona Gute Washed side by side, because they are contrasting in acidity and mouthfeel, yet the similar in floral intensity and that distinctive berry note that makes Tamiru’s coffees stand out.
This year, all of our Ethiopian coffees are from Tamiru’s hard work, and we hope to showcase the diverse and distinctive flavour range that his washing stations can provide.
