This is Tamiru Tadesse’s winning lot for which he won first place in Ethiopia’s first ever Cup of Excellence held in 2021. You can expect this coffee to be clean yet expressive, layered, and incredibly aromatic. This coffee has undergone a whole cherry anaerobic fermentation in ‘mosto’, using the leachate collected from the coffee cherries. The result is an intense and fruity cup that is very berries-forward in flavour.
