Pink Bourbon is one of our favourite varietals from Colombia and this is our second year purchasing coffee from Miguel, the owner of El Triunfo. His coffees are always expressive and bright. This lot is no exception.
We always enjoy Pink Bourbons for their aromatics, given their Ethiopian heirloom genetic heritage. They have a pleasant herbality to their flavour, balanced by soft fruit tones. Miguel’s Pink Bourbon has a lovely gentle florality to it, with citrus and stonefruit flavours balancing it all.
