To us, Colombia is probably one of the most exciting coffee origins in the world (and certainly Denise’s favourite)! The diversity of varietals, processes, and innovation in Colombia is inspiring.

We are thrilled to share with you this coffee by Hernan Prieto Soto, owner of Villa Clabelina, and Juan Saldarriaga, manager of the farm. The flavours are representative of Juan’s experimental processing: it is wild, lively on the palate, and has a marmalade-like mouthfeel that we love.

Hernan once said that to him, coffee is “an experience, a feeling”. We can’t agree more! We hope you’ll enjoy this coffee and share with us your experiences and feelings at the bar.
